Grand Solmar @ Rancho San Lucas is one of the leading resorts in Los Cabos. Located in an exclusive enclave on Baja’s Pacific Coast, it offers its members the full array of amenities expected from an ultra-luxury resort. From fully outfitted suites to a world-class golf course, multiple top-notch dining options to a large lagoon, and swimming pools, Grand Solmar @ Rancho San Lucas has it all covered. The resort almost looks to have been designed for the New travel rules and regulations in place, being that it is so open and there is so much room, social distancing is easy. Pool cabanas are large, pool chairs are spaces, hiking, biking, and the massive beach area, are perfect for no crowds, romantic walks, and time together!

But for members, perhaps the most important amenity of their home resort is its location. With its position on the Pacific Coast, the resort offers a restful atmosphere away from the busier parts of Los Cabos, while still being just a few minutes away from all the action of downtown Cabo San Lucas. And Grand Solmar @ Rancho San Lucas members who want to explore the region a bit more can make the short trip up the coast to Todos Santos, or use the bypass road to head over to San Jose del Cabo on the Sea of Cortez side of the peninsula.

Todos Santos

Grand Solmar @ Rancho San Lucas members will find San Jose a bit quieter than Cabo San Lucas, but that’s not to say it’s any less fun or interesting. Visitors to San Jose should make sure to take a walk through the town’s Historic District, where they can see the San Jose Mission and the colonial Town Hall, as well as enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Plaza Mijares. Not far away in the Art District visitors will find many great galleries and fun crafts shops, as well as nice bistros and cafes. San Jose del Cabo is truly a gem of a town and one that Grand Solmar @ Rancho san Lucas members won’t want to miss out on.

San Jose

The San Jose Art Walk is held on Thursday nights and galleries and restaurants also have measures in place to reduce crowd sizes, sanitization stations and provide a safe and fun environment. San Jose has many great fine dining and casual restaurants to explore and with the distance from Rancho, it is about a 40-minute drive to the downtown center.
